Volleyball’s Niesen, Men’s Golf’s Halvorsen Take Home Week 1 Cardinals High Flyer of the Week Awards

Wheeling, W. Va. – The first week of action is in the books for Wheeling University Athletics, with six of the nine fall teams already in action. With the first events in the books, it is time to reveal our first Cardinals High Flyer of the Week for the 2023-2024 season. Volleyball's Karly Niesen takes home the first Female High Flyer of the Week award, while Men's Golfer Phillip Halvorsen earns the Male High Flyer of the Week award.
