Wildcats Have Work to do After Frustrating First Round

PUEBLO, Colorado—The Chico State men's golf team has some work to do if it is to advance to the NCAA Championship finals. The Wildcats finished the first of three rounds at the NCAA Championship West/South Central Regional in a tie for 15th place at 12-over par. The top four teams and top two individuals not part of an advancing team when the tournament is finished will advance to the NCAA Championship Finals at TPC Michigan in Detroit.
