Wisdom, Lohwater Perform Well in Prestigious Summer Events

LEWISBURG, Pa. — Bucknell golfers Blake Wisdom and Jason Lohwater recently teed off in prestigious amateur events, and both fared very well against top competition. Wisdom posted a 5-under-par 137 over 36 holes at the U.S. Amateur Championship qualifier in Hartland, Wis., and his third-place finish made him the first alternate out of that site. Meanwhile, Lohwater made the cut at the Monroe Invitational and posted rounds of 72-69-74-71 for a 72-hole total of 286 (+6).
