Women's Golf Fifth After Opening Round of Evann Parker Memorial Invitational

ERIE, Pa.- The West Chester University women's golf team returned to the course on Friday afternoon for the Evann Parker Memorial Invitational opening round at Lake View Country Club just outside of Erie. West Chester finished its opening round in sixth with a team score of 346, led by an 11-over par 83 from Kirsten Vanderhorst (Gambrills, Md./Bishop McNamara), which left her in a tie for 13th heading into the second round on Saturday.
