Women's Golf: WGOLF: Seawolf Golfers Named to WGCA All-American Scholars List

Rohnert Park, CA – Yesterday afternoon the Women's Golf Coaches Association announced their 2019-20 All-American Scholars totalling 1,401 recognized collegiate women golfers across the nation. Sonoma State was honored with 3 student-athletes earning the recognition for their accomplishments on the course as well as in the classroom. Head coach Val Verhunce has established quite the athletic and academic culture within the women's golf program over the years. This spring the women's program recorded a 3.89 overall team GPA. That was the highest team GPA recorded for the 2020 spring season out of all the athletic programs here at Sonoma State!
