Falcons fly to NCAA DII #1 4×400 Relay, Others shine at Razorback Invitational

Fayetteville, AR — Saint Augustine's University track & field program traveled to the fastest indoor track in the country and it lived up to its name.  The Falcons continued to put up some of the best marks in the CIAA but the top highlight of the day was the men's 4×400 relay team of Sean Kalawan (Westmoreland, Jamaica, G.C. Foster), Amarion Harrell (Chesapeake, VA, Deep Creek HS), Isaiah Chapman (Raleigh, NC, Southeast Raleigh HS), and Kailen Perry (Raleigh, NC, Garner HS) posted a 3:10.68 which is now the #1 time in the NCAA for DII – and consequently leads the CIAA and Atlantic Division.  The other preimier highlight from the weekend included Terrell Robinson (Winston-Salem, NC, Mount Tabor HS) qualifying for the finals in the 60m where he finished 4th in a loaded field of the top DI runners in the country.  Isaiah Chapman (Raleigh, NC, Southeast Raleigh HS) ran the 800m in 1:53.87 which is ranked 1st in the CIAA and 3rd in the Atlantic Region.  The women's 4×400 relay team of Cache Miller (Tampa, FL, Hillsboro HS), Malaysia Johnson (Fort Lauderdale, FL, Dillard HS), Simone Kelly (Philadelphia, PA, Springside Chestnut Hill HS), and Camille Talbert (Simpsonville, SC, Hillcrest HS) ran a 3:55.91 which is now the top ranked time in the CIAA.
