Men's Golf improves on their day one score as they finish sixth in the Blue Raider Invite

COLOMBIA, Ky. – Cornerstone men's golf wrapped up the Blue Raider Invite hosted by Lindsey Wilson by shooting a better day two team score of 296 for one of their best team scores in a long time as they combined to shoot 594 (298/296) to finish in sixth place in a very good field of competition. #2 ranked Lindsey Wilson blew the field away winning with a combined team score of 538, winning the tournament by 31 strokes. Sophomore Isaiah Lowe shot a career best 69 (-2) to led the way for the Golden Eagles and finishing the tournament at one-over par. The Golden Eagles saw good golf from all five players down at the Pines as they will look to continue this success the rest of the spring season. Cornerstone will be back in action next weekend, March 31 and April 1 as they travel down to Indiana to play at Purgatory Golf Course hosted by Taylor University.
