Men's Golf Struggles at Day One of Purgatory Invite

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. – The second event of the spring season has gotten off to a rough start for the men's golf team. After day one at the Purgatory Invite hosted by Taylor University, the Golden Eagles sit in last place at tenth overall and +53, ten strokes behind ninth place Mt. Vernon Nazarene. Northwestern Ohio leads after one day of competition at +19, while Kyle Spence of Olivet Nazarene lead the individual leader board at an even par.
