MGOLF: HCU Sits in Third Place After Day One of the Gulf Coast Collegiate

NEW ORLEANS, Louisianna – The Huskies are currently in third place at the 2024 Gulf Coast Collegiate hosted by New Orleans at English Turn Golf & Country Club through 36-holes. After an opening round 14-over par, 302, placed HCU in sixth place, the Huskies snuck into the top-5 with the second-best round of the afternoon; a 12-over par, 300, to sit 12-shots back of the leader, Memphis.
