Women’s Golf Competes at Kutztown Fall Invitational

KUTZTOWN – The East Stroudsburg University women's golf team wrapped up competition at the Kutztown Fall Invitational on Monday afternoon at the Moselem Springs Golf Club.

Senior Mariah Minter led the way for ESU with a combined two-round score of 190 (100-90) on the par 70, 5,660-yard layout. The Olyphant, Pa. native took tied for 25th in the individual standings after sitting in 33rd following Sunday's opening-round.

Sophomore Samantha Young fired a 200 (102-98) in her two rounds to finish in 36th, while fellow sophomore Morgyn Wiley shot a 233 (115-118) to place tied for 39th.

Alvernia finished at the top of the team standings with a total of 663, and the Wolves' McKylie Boreman (76-77) notched a score of 153 to claim the individual title.
