Women’s Golf Concludes Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational

WEST CHESTER – The East Stroudsburg University women's golf team wrapped up the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational on Tuesday at Penn Oaks Golf Club. The event was hosted by West Chester University.

Senior Mariah Minter was ESU's highest finisher, taking 44th after carding a 193 (+51) over two rounds at the par 71, 5813-yard course.

Sophomore Samantha Young secured a 45th place finish with a two-round score of 196 (+54) and fellow classmate Morgyn Wiley was 55th with a 236 (+94).

Mercyhurst finished at the top of the team standings with a total of 683, and Le Moyne's Mia Avotins (77-82) notched a score of 159 (+17) to claim the individual title.
