[Women's Golf] Women's Golf Places 7th at CSM Fall Classic

Doane Women's Golf competed in the CSM Fall Classic on Tuesday in Omaha at Tiburon GC. The Tigers finished with a score of 420 to place seventh.Tressa Bull (SR/Burke, S.D.) and Emma Sheaffer (FR/Greeley, Colo.) posted the low round for the Tigers with a 97 to tie for 15th on the day. Anna Korte (SR/Grand Island, Neb.) tied for 32rd with a round of 104. Ivana Lopez (SO/Schuyler, Neb.) tied for 42 with a 122 and Hayden Klaus (FR/Bellevue, Neb.) tied for 46th with a 125. Playing under individual status, Sydney Erickson (SO/Pierce, Neb.) tied for  48th with a 126 and Macy Due (JR/Cordova, Neb.) placed 52nd with a 137.Scoring was tough on the day for most competitors, with the average player score at 105.3 and the average team score at 395.3. Northwestern was the team champion with a 366 and Kendra Placke of Concordia and Kelsey Heath of Mount Marty tied for low-round with an 84.Next up for Doane is the GPAC Championships on October 3-4.
