[Men's Golf] Furlong Leads SXU Men's Golf at Saddlebrook Spring Kickoff

Wesley Chapel, Fla. – Senior Michael Furlong (Evergreen Park, Ill./Brother Rice) was the top finisher for the Saint Xavier University men's golf team at the three-day Saddlebrook Spring Kickoff hosted by Walsh University (Ohio) at the Saddlebrook Golf Course in Wesley Chapel, Fla. Furlong tied for 34th place with a three round total score of 241 (78, 85, 78) and was +31 for the tournament. The Cougars placed ninth out of the nine team field with a total score of 1,011 (+171). They posted their lowest round on the final day with a mark of 329 after 330 on Thursday and a score of 352 on Friday.
