[Women's Golf] Speer named CCAC Women's Golfer of the Week

CHICAGO — A runner-up finish has earned St. Ambrose University's Katherine Speer (Omaha, Neb.) Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Golfer of the Week accolades for the seven-day period ending April 10, the league office announced on Tuesday morning.Speer gained her second-place finish at the Fighting Bee Invitational on Saturday. She shot an 85 amongst a field of 19 golfers and helped her team claim the four-team meet.
